Carissime sorelle dopo qualche giorno vissuto nell'intimità con il Signore e in ascolto profondo della sua Parola, viene il momento di un cammino di discernimento et de proposte per il progresso della Congregazione. Vi assicuriamo la nostra preghiera affinché siate docili allo Spirito nell'ascolto reciproco lanciate verso il futuro sui passi di Paolo, Alberione e Tecla.

The Community of Abuja in Nigeria is with you in these days of our 12th General Chapter. Today, we celebrate the Holy Name of Mary, who is the guardian and protector of our Pauline vocation. We ask that she may intercede for the Capitulars so that, impelled by the Fire of the Holy Spirit, with open hearts, they may discern with lively hope and charity the paths where the Lord is going to open for us as a Congregation. So that we may continue to be witnesses of hope, faith, and love in a world that is full of many ills.

Dear Sister! We praise and glorify God almighty for the 12th General Chapter and all of You present here. We here gather our prayers for the success and fruitfulness of your meetings. May God fill each one with the Holy Spirit and grant all the needed graces. we ask the special intercessions of Jesus the Master, Mary queen of the Apostles and of St. Paul that the spirit of Father Alberione and Thecla be renewed once more by the enlightenments and the fire of the Spirit. Queridas Irmãs Paulinas Capitulares, graça e paz!

Com espírito de alegria e gratidão a Deus, uno-me a cada uma de vocês neste tempo de graça em que vivem o 12º Capítulo Geral. O Capítulo é sempre um momento privilegiado do Espírito Santo, ocasião em que a Congregação se deixa iluminar pela Palavra e pelo carisma recebido do Bem-aventurado Tiago Alberione, para responder aos desafios da missão no hoje da Igreja e do mundo.

O vosso discernimento, oração e escuta fraterna são sementes de futuro. Ao revisitar a fidelidade criativa ao carisma paulino, vocês oferecem à Igreja a presença de mulheres consagradas que, com ousadia e ternura, evangelizam pelos meios de comunicação e pelo testemunho de vida consagrada.

Peço ao Senhor que cada decisão seja marcada pela sabedoria do Evangelho, pelo amor a Cristo Mestre, Caminho, Verdade e Vida, e pela sensibilidade ao clamor dos homens e mulheres de hoje, sobretudo dos mais pobres de esperança.

Maria, Rainha dos Apóstolos e Mãe da Esperança, as acompanhe e fortaleça. Que São Paulo inspire vosso ardor missionário e o Bem-aventurado Alberione interceda por abundantes frutos deste Capítulo.
