The day began with a lively liturgy which marked the tone of our day. It has been a day filled with joy and gratitude for what God is doing through our sisters. With a family atmosphere, and moments of shared fraternity, we made a missionary voyage around the world, listening to various apostolic initiatives undertaken by our sisters, which responded to the various needs of our brothers and sisters in the world, giving them hope.
We reflected on initiatives of hope in each of our circumscriptions, learning from one another and rejoicing in the good that God is doing in each of our circumscriptions. The sharing gave us a broad vision of how our sisters are responding to the needs of humanity through our various apostolic activities. These initiatives offer the hope of Christ to many diverse persons: the youth, those suffering social injustice, those isolated during the pandemic, and many others thirsting for spiritual, biblical, and human formation. We then concluded our day with warm greetings and best wishes of our elderly sisters, followed by an evening prayer in gratitude for all that we experienced today, praying that each one of us continue being a gift of Christ’s hope and peace to one another today!
